“ Had the best brunch at Geist. The vibe was just right for us to bring friends who were visiting from out of town, so an elevated experience, but still approachable. The food was amazing, the drinks were on point, and the service was honestly great. Everything just hit. Definitely adding it to the regular brunch rotation. ”
“ Top tier food, service, and Christmas decorations. The bread was super soft and the butter was worth eating with a spoon. The meat was juicy and tender. The lamb had some cauliflower salad mixture underneath that was vinegary and it was such an amazing mix of flavors. The dish hit all the right textures and flavor combos. The duck rigatoni was probably the low point. It was good, just not at the same level as everything else. ”
“ Obsessed with this place! Their holiday decor was like no other - they spared no expense making their restaurant absolutely stunning for the holidays. Our server was really nice and we loved everything we ordered. Such a fun atmosphere and good energy. We can’t wait to go back! ”
“ First time visiting. Excellent experience, guided very well by our server, Paine. We came for Sunday brunch. He was excellent in making suggestions and his service was top notch. My wife and I began with the cinnamon roll, which was not too sweet and ended up being delicious. For brunch entrees we had the Shrimp and Grits and the Baked Pancake. Both were excellent and we were very satisfied as the portions are generous. Thank you Paine for your awesome service. We can’t wait to come back!! ”
“ Have been to Geist several times since moving to Nashville early last year and enjoy it every time. It's a mad house during the holiday season due to the all out decor, but they still manage to deliver on food and service. I enjoyed our meal tonight in the quiet though! Definitely worth a visit! ”
“ Love this place!! Our server Anthony was awesome! The place was very cute and the food was delicious. I loved the whipped ricotta, fried chicken sandwich and steak and Eggs! ”
“ What a lovely evening my friends and I had at Geist over the holiday. The restaurant is decorated festive and beautifully. The service was classy and the food delightful. I enjoyed the ricotta appetizer the most; the combination of flavors was so unique. I made reservations several weeks in advance and they were able to modify them when our party reduced by one. It is a fine dining experience so expect to pay for that. Parking was easy and free behind the restaurant. ”
“ Absolutely loved Geist! It's a small, intimate restaurant with amazing food. For food we tried the crispy pork belly, house bread, winter risotto, beef tenderloin, and crispy marble potatoes. It was delicious. It was the richest risotto I've ever had, and the tenderloin almost melted in our mouths. The sea salt on the bread complemented the butter so well and the butternut squash puree and scallion vinegarette made the pork belly life changing. We'll definitely be returning whenever we visit Nashville again. ”
